Frequently Asked Questions

All of our routes, meeting points, and departure times are subject to changes in agreement with our guests.

The captain is responsible for the boat and the passengers and can divert routes in case of bad weather.

Is it necessary to book online in advance?

Absolutely yes, if you want to make sure you get access at your desired date. Our tour is usually fully booked few days in advance, especially in the high season.

Where is your office?

We don't have an office. There's a sign board with "Robinzon excursion" on it on the promenade where the boat is located. During the day someone is there in the morning and in the evening, usually not during the afternoon because of the strong sun. During the high season, the boat is usually on the tour during the day.

If you want to make sure you get the tickets, contact us via e-mail!

How long is the tour?

The traditional Robinzon tour is whole day long, starts from 10:00 in the morning and finishes around 17:00.

What should I bring on tour?

One should bring beach towels, bathing suits, snorkelling equipment, sunscreen, sunprotective hat, water shoes, and maybe a windproof jacket.

Are there shorter tours?

During the high season we focus on our whole day tours because we believe it's the best way to experience our beautiful island.

If you are interested in a shorter tour, we recommend coming in June or Septemer or booking a private tour.

Is the tour safe for children?

Our excursion is very kids-friendly and family-oriented. In fact, most our customers are families with kids since the tour is neither too active, neither monotone. Of course, everything is different from child to child and how used they are to boats and the sea, but nevertheless, kids are welcome on our tour!

Can I bring a stroller with me?

Yes, you can bring a stroller with you on our boat, but you need to let us know in advance.

What if the weather is bad?

Your trip is 100% refundable if cancelled by us due to unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions.

We will contact you as soon as the captain knows – we politely ask that you not call us to find out if the trip is cancelled.
We make every effort to contact you a reasonable amount of time before the tour (we will call, email, or text you) but sometimes we do not cancel until the last minute due to unpredictable weather here in Pag. If we do not contact you, please head to the tour as normal.
Our Captain is a professional and safety is our number 1 concern.

You can reschedule your trip for a later date with no expiration or receive a full refund. Your cancellation email will have instructions on how to re-book your trip or request a refund.

Please note: We have a minimum requirement of 15 passengers for every tour. If in the rare occasion we do not meet our minimum, we will contact you at least 2 hours before your tour. You are then entitled to a full refund, or you can reschedule with no expiration.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy:

- up to 5 days before begin of the tour: full refund

- 5 - 2 days before begining of the tour: 50% refund

- 1-0 days before begining of the activity or no-show: no refund

Can we bring a dog on board?

Dogs are allowed on our tours - we're pet friendly, the only condition is that they are accustomed to people and to a day on the boat!

What are the rules of behavior during the tour?

1. The captain is in charge and his decisions are final. The captain is ultimately responsible, under the law, not only for the boat and the smooth running of the voyage, but also for all the people on boat.

After more than 35 years on the sea, the captain knows best ways to make sure you have a beautiful day on board.

2. Do not abuse alcohol. The crew has a right to decline to serve you.

3. Every activity, especially the high risk ones like going to the caves, jumping from the boat and the cliffs is done at your own resposibility.

4. Respect other people on board.

5. Respect the environment - don't pollute.

What time does boarding begin?

Boarding is 15 minutes prior to the cruise departure time. Please arrive early to ensure you find parking before the boat departs - this is a tourism destination, therefore, can get very busy at any given time.
